Step 1 – Complete and send us the Lottery Application Form (select the appropriate school year below) with required attachments (read your Application for details).  

2011 - 2012 Lottery Application Form - although our Lottery was conducted in January of 2011, you will use this form to add your child's name to our waitlist. 

2012 - 2013 Lottery Application Form - Lottery deadline was December 9, 2011.  You may still apply to our school by completing a Lottery Application Form.  Students will be placed at the bottom of our wait list in the order in which we recieve your completed application.
