Application Process

To apply for the 2010-2011 school year, click the "Downloads" tab above.  Then click on "Enrollment" and print and submit the 2010-2011 Lottery Application document.  The lottery has been processed, all applications received from this point forward will be placed on our waitlist in the order in which we receive them. 

Preschool (Pre-3 and Pre-Kindergarten):  Monday through Friday, 8:30am-11:30am. Please note we ONLY offer a 5 day-a-week program. If you cannot send your child 5 days a week, please do not send your child to our school. For the school year the tuition is $4,550 annually per child. We require an annual Registration Fee upon your enrollment (this year's Fee is $300).  Effective 2/26/10 we have 6 openings for Pre-3 year olds and 8 openings for Pre-4 for the 2010-2011 school year.

Kindergarten:  We follow the Douglas County District guidelines for age entry in to Kindergarten.  Students must turn five on or before October 1st, 2009.  Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 3:20pm. Because this is a full day program, we charge an annual tuition.  For the school year the tuition is $4,750 annually per child. We require an annual Registration Fee upon your enrollment (this year's Fee is $300).  Effective 2/26/10 - we have 4 openings for Kindergarten for the 2010-2011 school year.

 
1st - 6th Grades: No tuition.  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:20pm.  We are presently full in grades 1-6 for the 2010-2011 school year.  You may feel free to view the waitlists located under "Downloads" then "Enrollment."

 
Before School Care:  All of our students may enroll in this program as long as there is space available.  Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 8:20am.  $1,200 annually per child*.  Enrollment:  Only students who are enrolled at our school for 2010-2011 may apply for our Child Care Programs for that school year.

 
Extended Care (Cougar's Den):  Our preschoolers may enroll in this program on a space available basis.  Hours:  Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 3:20pm. $3,300 annually per child*.  

 
After School Care: All of our students may enroll in this program as long as there is space available.  Hours: Monday through Friday, 3:20pm - 6:00pm. $2,600 annyally per child*.  

Before, Extended and After School Care note:  We only offer these programs on a full time basis.  Since they are child care programs rather than "school," you may feel free to send your child as you wish.  However, you must enroll and pay the full tuition for each program.  For example - you only need Before Care Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - you must pay the full amount for Before Care, but you certainly don't have to send your child to Before Care on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Please read your application before submitting it.  Any incomplete applications and applications missing attachments will not be considered.  We encourage you to apply, as we will use our waitlists during the summer and next school year to fill vacancies as they arise.

2009-2010 Enrollment - As of February 26, 2010, we are presently full in all grades and have small waitlists for each grade which we would use in the event of a vacancy. 

At this point, we have waitlists for most grades, to apply for enrollment to our school for 2009-2010, simply click "Downloads" above, and "Enrollment." Print and submit the 2009-2010 Lottery Application document.

Tours

Tours begin in September of each year and are group tours.  All tours begin at 9:30am and are for adults only.  Generally the tour lasts betwen 30 and 45 minutes.  Call us at 303.387.5625 and ask for Denise - she'll make your reservation.

Directions to our school:  Take I-25 to the Castle Pines Parkway exit.  This exit south of the Tech Center and north of the city of Castle Rock.  Once you exit I-25, go west on Castle Pines Parkway.  We are about 3 blocks away, on Castle Pines Parkway.  On your right, you will pass a gas station, a fire station, and then you will be at our school.

Tours begin promptly at 9:30am, please arrive a bit early so that you have adequate time to park and sign in at the front office.
