Enrollment Information was last updated on August 26, 2008

Preschool (Pre-3 and Pre-Kindergarten):  Monday through Friday, 8:30am-11:30am. Please note we ONLY offer a 5 day-a-week program. If you cannot send your child 5 days a week, please do not send your child to our school. For the school year the tuition is $4,700 annually per child*. Some families opt to pay this tuition in 10 monthly payments of $470 from August - May.  Enrollment: We have no openings at this time.  We no children on the P3 waitlist.  All applications received will be placed on our waitlist.

Kindergarten:  We follow the Douglas County District guidelines for age entry in to Kindergarten.  Students must turn five on or before October 1st, 2008.  Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 3:20pm. Because this is a full day program, we charge an annual tuition.  For the school year the tuition is $4,900 annually per child*. Some families opt to pay this tuition in 10 monthly payments of $490 from August - May.  Enrollment: We are full in Kindergarten.  The waitlists can be viewed under our "Downloads" section, then click the "Enrollment" section.

1st - 6th Grades: No tuition.  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:20pm.  Enrollment:  We have openings in 4th grade, otherwise we are full.  The waitlists can be viewed under our "Downloads" section, then click the "Enrollment" section.

Before School Care:  All of our students may enroll in this program as long as there is space available.  Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 8:20am.  $1,150 annually per child*.  Enrollment: We are full for Preschool and Kindergarten as well as for 1st - 6th graders.

Extended Care (Naproom):  Our preschoolers may enroll in this program on a space available basis.  Hours:  Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 3:20pm. $3,200 annually per child*.  Enrollment:  We are full and there are no children on the waitlist.

After School Care: All of our students may enroll in this program as long as there is space available.  Hours: Monday through Friday, 3:20pm - 6:00pm. $2,500 annyally per child*.  Enrollment:  We are full and there are no waitlists for all grades.

Before, Extended and After School Care note:  We only offer these programs on a full time basis.  Since they are child care programs rather than "school," you may feel free to send your child as you wish.  However, you must enroll and pay the full tuition for each program.  For example - you only need Before Care Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - you must pay the full amount for Before Care, but you certainly don't have to send your child to Before Care on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Learning more about our school

We encourage all families to apply to our school. For information about Charter schools, school hours, teaching methods, etc., please be sure you read the the School Brochure.  Just click "Downloads" then click "Enrollment".  This brochure will answer most, if not all of your questions specific to our school.

Want to learn more about the Montessori method of learning?  Hover your mouse over the "Prospective Parents" tab above and click on "Montessori Links."  One of our favorites is the "Montessori Wold" then click "About Montessori."

Then, you'll want to sign up for a Tour of our school. You may tour after or before you apply to the school.  Group Tours are conducted on a scheduled basis beginning in October of each school year - we do not conduct individual tours.  There will not be time for you to tour our school after we make you an offer - you need to be informed and prepared when that occassion arrives.  Our tour dates are listed below.

Application Process

Each year we conduct a lottery to create a waitlist.  The deadline for the 2008-2009 school year lottery was January 9. 2008.  Processing the lottery involves scrambling all of the applications, randomly numbering the applications, and then creating a list of students.

Applications received from this point forward will be placed at the bottom of our waitlist in the order in which they are received.  We use our waitlist all school year long to fill vacancies as they arise.

To download the lottery application, click on the appropriate link below

To apply for next year, click 2008-2009 Lottery Application

To apply for the 2009-2010 school year, click the "Downloads" tab above.  Then click on "Enrollment" and print the 2009-2010 Lottery Application document.

Please be sure you read the last page of our School Brochure - download it from the Downloads tab, then click "Enrollment", so that you are familiar with our lottery process.

If you have problems downloading our applications, you may need to download a new version of Adobe Acrobat (it's free).  Simply go to www.adobe.com to download the software.

Please read your application before submitting it.  Any incomplete applications and applications missing attachments will not be considered.  We encourage you to apply, as we will use our waitlists during the summer and next school year to fill vacancies as they arise.

We are fortunate to have had record re-enrollment this year - more students are coming back than ever. As parents inform us that their children will not be enrolling (family moving, or other circumstances), we will go to our waitlist to fill the vacancies created.  Please check back every 4 weeks for updated information.  Thank you.
