About the Facilitators
Denise Glenn and Brenda Kjar, both Apple Award-winning educators in DCSD, bring a combined 50+ years of experience working with children ages 2 1/2-12. Brenda, proud mama of three independent adult children, has trusted and employed these strategies for over 35 years. Watching a third generation in her family respond to Love & Logic, Denise knows that the principles can be adapted to each parent's personality and comfort, making for a user-friendly tool parents can start experimenting with right away! Sharing the joy of parenting, using Love & Logic in group settings, brings facilitators Denise and Brenda the same humility and belly laughs it brings to participants. We look forward to joining you as we roll up our sleeves and start having some fun with our children.
